Every item is hand-inspected before shipping. If you ever receive a product that turns out to be inauthentic, message our support and we'll make it right — full refund or replacement, your choice. We do not deal in bootlegs.

Sealed unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit (return shipping not covered). Opened or limited-edition items are not eligible for return unless damaged on arrival — contact support with photos within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
